Med Students Not Ready to Use EHRs: Study

Does the medical-school curriculum adequately prepare students to diagnose and treat patients using an electronic health record? That’s the question educators at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine set out to answer this year. The preliminary conclusion: probably not.
